Welcome to the Shipping Policy page for TENEBRIS Coffee. This Shipping Policy describes our shipping and delivery process for orders placed on our website.

  • Processing Time

    • We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. During peak periods or holidays, processing time may be longer.

  • Shipping Methods and Rates

    • We offer various shipping options and rates depending on the package’s destination, weight, and size. Our shipping options may include:

      • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days

      • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days

      • Overnight Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight and size of the package.

  • Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently only ship within Canada. We ship our coffee beans and merchandise country-wide. Our Ready-to-drink coffee is shipped only to destinations in British Columbia and Alberta.

  • Delivery

    • We deliver one of two ways. We do direct delivery for all central Okanagan purchases and will communicate the delivery status with you via text. We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver your package for deliveries outside our delivery zone. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the carrier's website using this tracking number.

  • Delivery Issues

    • If there are any issues with your delivery, such as a lost or damaged package, please contact us at We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

  • Delayed Delivery

    • We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve any issues that may arise.

  • International Shipping

    • We currently do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
