  • Are your products vegan-friendly
    Yes, all of our canned coffee products are 100% vegan-friendly
  • Do you offer decaf coffee at your Espresso Bar & Cold Cafe?
    Yes, we offer decaf coffees and other non-caffeinated beverages.
  • Do you offer Ready-To-Drink Decaf coffees in a can?
    Currently, we do not offer decaf coffees in our Ready-to-drink formats.
  • How much Caffeine is in your canned coffees?
    Our Ready-to-drink coffees have the caffeine equivalent of two Espresso Shots.
  • What does “Draught Coffee” mean?
    The term “Draught” refers to the gas infusion process into a liquid. Our coffees are charged with nitrogen (Nitro), giving them a creamy mouthfeel.
  • Is your packaging recyclable?
    We are committed to reducing waste and using sustainable materials whenever possible. Our mission is always to make available packaging that is either recyclable or reusable. For customers who need hot beverages on the go, we have single-use cups too.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    Yes, we have a Mobile Espresso Bar & Cold Cafe where you can enjoy craft-style coffees and other beautiful beverage fusions. Our Espresso bar moves around, so find out where we are today. Click here -> (link to schedule) The address is [insert address here].
  • Do you offer wholesale options?
    Yes, we offer wholesale options for businesses that are interested in carrying our products. Visit our Retail Portal on our shop page to connect with our team.
  • Are your products Fair Trade certified?
    We are committed to ethical sourcing and working with suppliers who share our values. While we may not always have Fair Trade certification, we can guarantee our products are ethically sourced.
  • Do you offer subscriptions?
    Yes, we offer various subscription options for our coffee products. Please visit our shop page for more information.
  • Can I bring my own cup to your Espresso Bar?
    Yes, we encourage our customers to bring their cups and offer a discount.
  • Are your products gluten-free?
    While most of our products do not contain gluten, they may be processed in facilities that also process gluten. Our two Fermented Coffees, Fermented Black and Fermented White, DO contain gluten. Please contact us if you have specific concerns or questions about allergies.
  • I see two of your coffees are Fermented. Does that mean they have alcohol?
    Our two fermented coffees, TENEBRIS Fermented Black & Fermented White, have less than 1% alc./vol. and are, therefore, legally non-alcoholic in the province of BC.
  • I have a coffee subscription, and I am going away for a while. Can I pause my coffee deliveries until I get back?
    Absolutely! Just email us to confirm when you’d like to stop/resume deliveries and we will happily accommodate.
  • Why do TENEBRIS coffees have to be refrigerated?
    Our coffee-making methodology involves minimal processing to maintain taste quality. The tradeoff is that the product must remain cold.
  • How long can my coffee be unrefrigerated?
    We do not recommend that TENEBRIS canned coffees remain unrefrigerated for over 12 hours.
  • How long will my coffees last in the fridge?
    If continually refrigerated, TENEBRIS coffees will be good for 6.5 months.
  • How does your Zero-Waste Beans program work?
    With your first delivery, subscribers will receive three items: 1) a reusable Cold-Box, a glass jar filled with TENEBRIS Coffee Beans and 3) a multiuse Hemp Coffee bag. Once a month, we will remind you to leave your glass jar and Cold Box at your front door, and we will refill them. Reducing your packaging waste is that simple 😊
  • How does the Coffee Can subscription work?
    With the first delivery, you will receive three items: 1) A reusable Cold-Box, 2) a multi-use Ice Pack and 3) a selection of TENEBRIS canned coffees. Once a month, we will remind you to leave your Cold & Icepack outside your door, and we will restock it. We simply bring your coffees to you.
  • We do not live in Central Okanagan. How can we get your coffee cans?
    We can ship our canned coffee to customers in BC and Alberta.
  • Can you ship your coffee beans country-wide?
    Yes, we ship our roasted beans packed in a reusable hemp-bag across Canada.
