  • Returns

    • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

  • Refunds

  • Shipping Costs

    • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you want to exchange a product, you must return the product and place a new order on our website.

  • Damaged or Defective Products

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please get in touch with us at danny@tenebriscoffee.com within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of shipping. Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and provide a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Cancellation

    • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at danny@tenebriscoffee.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel your order and issue a refund.
